I have your book, Multimedia: Making It Work. I don't need to see a demo of your CD-ROM to know that I want it! Tell me where to send the check or credit card number...

This [Third Edition of Multimedia: Making It Work] is probably one of the most comprehensive books I have ever had the pleasure of reading. It is the most comprehensive book on Multimedia I have seen, to date.

Many thanks for the prize copy of Multimedia: Working It Out! I'll be showing it in my classes at NYU's Center for Digital Multimedia, and recommending it to students. The interface is clear and attrractive and the content is comprehensive and very to-the-point - just what I'd expect from the author of the best general reference book about MM development on the market.

I'm presently reading the 2nd edition of Multimedia: Making It Work and I must say, the layout and content are outstanding! I'm new to the multimedia arena but have immediately fallen for it's power and potential. With the help of your book, I will write my first multimedia proposal soon! Thank you very much for your time, thoughts, and the fantastic book.

I have recommended your book to many many. It was my only teacher when GTE Main Street called me to write interactive. Now multimedia writing has become my profession! THANK YOU!

I use your book for a graduate seminar on multimedia design in the arts. It fits the design of my course very well and it has a nice balance between Windows and Mac environments. Thanks for the work on this, Tay!

I have always wanted to write you a note of appreciation for the insights that you provided to me in your book Making it Work 2nd Edition. I picked up your book at a time when I was wondering what I should do after graduating from college with a business degree. I always wanted a career in which what I do enables me to merge technology and business. Multimedia production was definitely a right mix.

I live in San Juan Puerto Rico as a Mac Trainer and Multimedia Developer. I just bought your book Multimedia: Making It Work a few days ago and let me tell you I buy a lot of books weekly but none has been so full of smart information and so interesting as yours. Great Work! I'm teaching the first multimedia course at the University of Puerto Rico and recommend your book as reference for all students.

W*O*W! This CD is so awesome! The interface is gorgeous, and a huge mega-jump in quality from the one in the book - it is really like one of those "All You Can Eat" restaurants, where even if you are a 280-lb linebacker who hasn't had a meal in a week, you still can't digest everything in one sitting. I just went _n_u_t_s_ over the animation segment - I always knew there were dinosaurs in Central Park but they never looked so good!

I had a look at your book, "Multimedia, Making It Work" in the university library in Dublin. I have to say it is the most practical book on the subject I have seen, as well as being highly readable. I wish I'd had a book like that when I was starting out!

I started surfing your CD, and came away from it with a renewed sense of respect for a multimedia product which teaches as much by example as by words. It's elegant, it's comprehensive, it's logically easy to navigate, it's got nice multisensory bits to make it attractive. . . . It's really good stuff. It could be made flashier, more "multimedia" in the Hollywood sense of the word (more gaping mouths and drooling), but I believe that would actually detract from the message you want to convey.

Thank you very much! The package arrived just after noon. The CD was perfect for my class. You should be getting some orders directly from my students. I wanted to get together a group order, but some were so stoked about the CD they wanted to order immediately. You did a marvelous job on the CD!
